📋 Training Plan Request
Please complete the following Training Plan Request when you require a new training plan (there is typically a prompt in your current plan for when a new request form should be completed).
Completing this form gives you the opportunity to reflect on the previous training block and self-assess how you responded to different training stimuli. Be honest and provide as much detail as possible. Your answers will inform the training protocols I prescribe. The more information you give, the better quality your next training plan will be (coaching is, after all, a ‘best guess’ practice).
Once submitted, please allow 4-5 working days for your new plan to be uploaded to Final Surge. I will let you know once it’s ready.
(Please note that all answers are confidential and will not be shared with anyone. Responses to this form are stored in a password protected drive).
