Consistency is key to improving running endurance, but it can be difficult to maintain. The good news? I can help! Not only do I set your training sessions for you, I also hold you accountable to them.
With the Final Surge® app, you can sync your training program to a third party calendar to make scheduling your training around other life commitments even easier. You can also send your sessions directly to your watch and complete your workouts with step-by-step instructions. Once each session has been completed, it is highlighted green, amber, or red, depending on how it went. Gamifying the process and knowing that you’re accountable to someone else not only helps get you out the door, it can also make you more conscientious during your sessions too.

For context, I am 6ft 5 and over 100kg with a demanding work and social calendar... not the best recipe for a runner! Taylor designed a truly bespoke programme, which was highly flexible and incredibly informative. I came away not only fitter but better educated on why we were doing specific runs.
