The most popular is bespoke coaching, a monthly one-to-one plan which includes a regularly updated, TaylorMade and flexible training program delivered via the Final Surge® training app, which links to your calendar and GPS watch.

Consistency is key to improving running endurance, but it can be difficult to maintain. The good news? I can help! Not only do I set your training sessions for you, I also hold you accountable to them.
With the Final Surge® app, you can sync your training program to a third party calendar to make scheduling your training around other life commitments even easier. You can also send your sessions directly to your watch and complete your workouts with step-by-step instructions. Once each session has been completed, it is highlighted green, amber, or red, depending on how it went. Gamifying the process and knowing that you’re accountable to someone else not only helps get you out the door, it can also make you more conscientious during your sessions too.
